Return Policy
  • NO REFUNDS – Exchange/store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must meet the following conditions, original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free of scent (pet, smoke, perfume etc.). All items must be accompanied by the original receipt. No returns/exchanges will be processed without a receipt.
  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of intimate apparel item it is not possible for us to process returns/exchanges on the following items. Panties, sets that include a matching panty, bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, shapewear, swimwear.
  • All body products, lotions, oils, bathing products and personal products are FINAL SALE.
  • For in store exchange/returns Envie Intimates employees will determine whether an item is eligible for return. All employees have been trained regarding our policies and procedures for returns.
  • Manufacturing defects are considered for exchange/store credit within 30 days of original purchase. These returns/exchanges will not be possible until it is determined to in fact be a manufacturing defect and not due to wear or improper washing.
  • Purchases made with promotional coupons/vouchers are final sale.
  • Our staff will endeavor to mark all finale sale items with a stamp on your receipt. However, this is done as a courtesy and our exchange policy will be enforced with or without a stamp.
  • All online exchanges must be authorized. Please contact us here for return/exchange information. If another size is needed a return shipment label will be emailed and the exchange would take place once the item has been received at store level. Please note that all return policies apply the same to any items ordered online.
